We will be working closely together to provide a smooth transition to FNBO. This web page will provide a resource for frequently asked questions and updated information as we complete this change.

What is happening to my BP Credit Card account?

As of May 22, 2022, FNBO will begin managing all accounts for BP credit card customers. Your account will now be a BPme Rewards Visa which can be used at all bp locations and anywhere Visa is accepted.

Will I have a new account number?

Yes, your account number, expiration date and CVV code will change. Your new card will be sent out in late April and ready to use after noon (CT) on May 22, 2022.

Does my payment information and due date change?

Your payment date may change depending upon your statement date and the payment address will change. Updated payment information will be included with your new card in May.

What if I have AutoPay set up to pay my current BP account?

You will not be automatically enrolled in AutoPay for your new BPme Rewards Visa account. Please update your new account information with your financial institution, or login to your new online account at BPmeRewardsVisa.com after May 22, 2022 and set up AutoPay. Please be advised that it will take one full billing cycle for the AutoPay to update. Be sure to pay your bill as a one-time payment until your AutoPay is active.

What if I have recurring payments charging to my BP account?

Please be sure to update your new BPme Rewards Visa account number, expiration date and security code (CVV) on any recurring payments such as utilities, online services, etc. that you have being billed to your current BP account for payments made after May 22, 2022.

How do I access my statements and account information?

As of May 22, 2022 you can access your new BPme Rewards Visa account information and future statements through enrolling in our online account management at BPmeRewardsVisa.com.

Will there be an annual fee for my card?

No, there is no annual fee for your new card.

Will my credit limit change?

Your credit limit will remain the same. Please update your income information when you activate your card to help us evaluate your account for future credit needs, including potential credit line increases.

Is there anything I need to do right now?

Please go into your current online account and be sure your information such as email address, phone number, mailing address and income are current. More information will be coming in the next few weeks. Please keep using your current BP credit card for your purchases until noon (CT) on May 22, 2022.

Why am I receiving a new card?

bp has selected a new credit card provider as part of an ongoing effort to offer cardholders more value and benefits. Together, bp and FNBO will work to make the transition to your new card easy and seamless.

When will my new card arrive?

Your new card should arrive between late April and May 22nd.

Will I have access to my credit card statements?

You will have access to your current credit card statements through March 20, 2022. Please download and save any statements needed before this date. After May 22, 2022 you will default to receiving paper statements from FNBO, however it is fast and easy to sign up for paperlesss statements online at BPmeRewardsVisa.com. Paperless statements are secure and easy to access 24/7. We will even send you an email when your statement is ready each month.

Is my Annual Percentage Rate changing?

No, your variable APR will remain the same.

Will my digital services change such as my mobile app or account web access?

Yes, you will be able access your BPme Rewards Visa account information on May 22, 2022 both online at BPmeRewardsVisa.com and through the BPme Rewards Visa app (available in the Apple and Google Play stores).

How do I view my reward points?

Simply log into your new BPme Rewards Visa account at BPmeRewardsVisa.com after May 24, 2022 and you can link directly to your rewards program once you are logged in.

When do the new fuel savings and enhanced rewards become effective?

The 15 cent per gallon savings and new reward earnings will be effective beginning noon (CT) May 22, 2022 with your new BPme Rewards Visa card.

What are my new rewards?

You will now earn 5% cash back on bp non-fuel purchases, 3% cash back on grocery and dining purchases and 1% cash back on all other qualifying purchases you make with your Bpme Rewards Visa.

What can I redeem my reward points for?

You can redeem your reward points for cash back in the form of a check, direct deposit into checking or a statement credit. Additional redemption options include gift cards, merchandise and travel.

Is my savings on fuel changing?

Yes, you will now have a savings of 15 cents per gallon on bp fuel purchases when using your BPme Rewards Visa.

What is BPme?

BPme Rewards is a bp loyalty program that when combined with the BPme Rewards Visa will optimize your bp experience. More information can be found at: bp.com

As of May 22, 2022, FNBO will begin managing all accounts for BP credit card customers. Although your account is closed, if you have a balance your payments will be made to FNBO after this date.

How do I access my account information?

You will begin receiving statements from FNBO after May 22, 2022.

Does my payment information and due date change?

Your payment date may change depending upon your statement date. After May 22nd, please mail payments to: FNBO PO Box 2557 Omaha, NE 68103-2557 or call 1-888-397-1520 to make payments via the automated system or with an agent. Updated payment information will also be included with your statement after May 22, 2022.

What if I have auto-pay set up for my account?

Please reach out to your financial institution and change your account number and payee information once you receive your first statement.

Will I have access to my credit card statements?

You will have access to your current credit card statements through May 20, 2022. Please download and save any statements needed before this date. After May 22, 2022 you will receive paper statements from FNBO.

Is my Annual Percentage Rate changing?

No, your variable APR will remain the same.

Is there anything I need to do right now?

No, you will begin to receive statements from FNBO after May 22, 2022. Please keep making payments to your current account issuer through May 21, 2022.

BP Fuel Purchases using a mobile wallet (such as Apple Pay ® ) will not receive a price reduction if payment system infrastructure is not in place to provide the price reduction. In those instances, the purchase will be eligible to earn rewards points instead. Customers entering their Alt ID at the pump will not receive the full fuel discount.
